Neil Katz is a true native Tucsonan and a graduate of the University Of Arizona. He has been involved in the Tucson business community for over 35 years as a real estate broker, investor, mortgage broker, financial consultant, and mortgage advisor. Neil has been active in several local charities and as a Certified AIA High School Basketball Official, remains very active in the Tucson community. Married for 31 years to Tucson native Cathy, Neil has 3 children. Neil is a firm believer in the "Golden Rule" and his goal is to make the financing process as easy as possible.

Marlon Posada is a native New Yorker who has been a resident of Tucson since 2002. He has attended New York City Technical College and the University of Arizona where he studied Civil Engineering. In his 10 year career, Marlon Posada has been a manager, employment specialist, and a career counselor for people with disabilities, and knows what it takes to take care of his clients. These experiences have brought him to Rillito Mortgage and Investments LLC where he is dedicated to providing the same quality care, integrity, and honesty he has given to past clients.

Leon Adams has been a resident of Tucson since 1981, when he moved to the community from Chicago, Illinois. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services and Counseling from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration and Management. He also owns and runs an empowerment program for young women 16 years of age and older called E.M.B.R.A.C.E. In his 20 year career, Leon has been a counselor, manager, and entrepeneur and knows what it takes to serve his customers. He spent 18 years in retail and operations management where he received the "Golden Rule Award" three years in a row for outstanding customer service. It is his previous experiences that led Leon to Rillito Mortgage and Investments LLC where he strives to maintain the same quality results with integrity and honesty in every business transaction.
